Returns

We guarantee the following refund policy:

  • For products damaged in transportation, we will reissue the original accessories for you free of charge.
  • For products damaged during installation due to improper installation or accidental drop, please contact us to reissue the accessories for you.
  • For the goods delivered normally, the customer is not satisfied and wants to return the goods. When the goods meet the following guidelines, we will refund the full cost of the goods.
    • Return within 60 days of receipt
    • The product must be disassembled and reassembled, and all parts must be packed in the original packaging
    • New condition, not affecting secondary sale
    • If the lamp contains a lampshade, the lampshade must be packed in the original packaging to avoid further damage
  • Regarding return shipping: We do not accept requests for return labels because you simply do not need (have purchased other alternative products) or do not like them. Only in this case, if the product you received is inconsistent with the information on the product details page on our website, we will provide you with a return label.

Return Process

  • 2 Prepare your order number and pictures of the item (if damaged).
  • 3 We will purchase a FedEx return label. If you want to pick up the package at your doorstep, you will need to pay an additional fee of $6 per box.
  • Well Packed: Please pay attention to repacking the item, AEYEE is not responsible for the damage of the returned item.
  • Return Address: Please contact us to get the return address, and we will send it to you by email.
  • Refund: If you have already sent the return item, we will refund you immediately. The specific time for the refund to reach your account depends on the payment method you used.
