International Shipping

AEYEE is from China and currently focuses on the sales of lamps and furniture in North America. In order to make customers feel more at ease when purchasing products from us, we guarantee that every lamp product will be tested before leaving the warehouse to ensure that the lamp can be lit smoothly. If the product you purchased is not in stock at Amazon warehouses in North America (the United States, Canada), we need to ship it to you in China. If the product you purchased is in stock at Amazon warehouses in the United States or Canada (there is a prompt on the page), we will ship it to you through the multi-channel distribution method provided by Amazon.

The international shipping warehouse address of the product is in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The order processing deadline is 6 pm Beijing time (2 am Pacific time). We use a combination of air and sea transportation to transport the goods for you. Generally, small-sized lamps are transported by air, and they will generally be delivered to you in about 10 to 15 days. For large goods, we use sea transportation (express ship). From the time you place an order to the time you receive the goods, the whole process takes about 25 to 40 days. Of course, extreme circumstances are excluded, such as port strikes, port congestion, or unstoppable severe natural disasters such as hurricanes and floods. If you are also in a hurry to use large goods, please contact us and we will provide you with air transportation services (there will be additional fees).

If the product you purchased is in stock at our Amazon warehouse, we will ship the goods to you from the Amazon warehouse (Amazon's multi-channel delivery service) on the same day. The time it takes for the goods to arrive at your hands depends on the speed of Amazon logistics and there is no additional cost. If necessary, you can consult our customer service team before placing an order. At the same time, we are also looking for US warehouses for cooperation. I believe that it will not be long before we can bring more products to our friends in North America.
