INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AEYEE has been selling lamps on Amazon for more than two years and has succeeded in bringing quality lamps at affordable prices to many homes. We are responsible for each product, and we will test the lighting of each fixture before shipping out. In most cases, if the item you purchased is not in stock in our North America (US, Canada) Amazon warehouse, then we need to ship it to you in China. Normally our shipping address is in BAIYUN District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. We use a combination of air and sea logistics. From when you place an order to when you receive the goods, the whole process takes about 25 to 35 days. If the goods you purchased are in stock in our Amazon warehouse, we will send you the goods from the Amazon warehouse on the same day. The time for the goods to arrive at your hands depends on the speed of Amazon's logistics, and no additional fees are added. If necessary, you can consult our customer service team before you place an order. At the same time, we are looking for warehouses in the United States for cooperation. Returns

We guarantee the following return policy:

For shipping damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours to serve you. If you choose to return directly, we will refund the cost of the item in full.

For normally delivered items, the customer is not satisfied and wants to return the item. When the item meets the following guidelines, we will fully refund the item cost and bear the return shipping cost.

Returns within 60 days of receipt

Returned items must be returned to the warehouse within 30 days

The assembled product must be disassembled and restored, and all parts must be packed in the original packaging

Brand new status, does not affect secondary sales

If the lamp includes a lampshade, the lampshade must be packed in its original packaging to avoid further damage

Any item that does not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee.

2 Have your order number ready and a picture of the item ready (if damaged).

3 We will be purchasing FedEx return labels. If you wish to pick up the package, you will need to pay an additional fee of $6 per case.
